PRICING 1. Most pricing includes a one color imprint except for Items clearly marked and items with an Epoxy Dome, Engraving or specialdecorating. 2. Prices in this catalog are effective November 1, 2009. Due to factor beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. 3. Terms: Net 15 / Net 30 days or pre-paid with credit card if no terms have been established. Terms are issued based on ASI Credit Connect, Timeliness of Payment History and Credit Limit. There is a $50.00 service charge on all NSF checks. 4. Terms can change without notice and is in the full discretion of Cool ID Line. Cool ID Line reports all late payments past the due date to ASI Credit Connect and will revoke any terms issued without notice. All past due balances are required to be paid up-front with a credit card before any new orders can be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS. QUANTITIES (OVER/UNDER) 1. Please call our customer service department to receive quotes for quantities greater than or less than those listed in our catalog. These quantities may require longer turn around times or less than minimum fees. 2. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity. 3. Order quantities may not be changed unless submitted in writing and agreed upon by an authorized Cool ID Line Representative and 72 hours before the Actual Ship Date. SET-UP / ART / REPEAT ORDERS All new orders incur a set-up charge per imprint color - varies per item. For Exact Repeat Orders, set-ups are half price when the imprint is identical. PURCHASE ORDERS / CONFIRMATIONS / CANCELLATIONS 1. All orders must be sent in an Ofcial Company Purchase Order either through fax or email. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. (EST) will be processed the next business day. The Distributor is responsible to call, email or fax Cool ID Line to conrm the receipt of any transmitted purchase order. 2. 7-10 Day Standard Production is an approximation of the timeliness of orders. Standard Production Time is in no way a guarantee of delivery of any purchase order. (RUSH orders) begin upon approval of Signed Artwork, Credit / Payment, and Signed Approval of Sales Order Acknowledgement form.* Any Rush Orders accepted past 2:00pm EST will be processed next business day without any exceptions. Any delays of the required approved documents are subject to rush charges should it interfere with the in-hands date. This Policy is strictly enforced since Artwork Approval tends to take longer than usually expected for Client approval. Let us know in advance any delays so that we can coordinate and be in complete communication especially for strict in-hands dates. 3. Order cancellations are subject to costs incurred by Cool ID Line at the time the order is cancelled. Any orders cancelled after production has begun must pay for the full amount of the product printed and a re-stocking fee of $50.00 net. *Cool ID Line is not responsible for delays caused by hurricanes, re, oods, riots, strikes, shortage of materials, orders of governments, failure of transportation or any other acts of God or external political / environmental factors. TWO SIDED ANDMULTI-COLOR IMPRINTS When available, two sided and multi-colored imprints incur additional running charges and set-up fees. for multi-color imprints, we require that black and white color be separated and composite art work be provided to avoid any art changes. Please refer to “Art Requirements.” IMPRINT COLORS - Due to the nature of printing on promotional specialty items, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. All colors other than those shown below will incur an additional $40.00(G) per order. Neon colors are not available. Change of ink during production will incur an additional charge of $40.00(G). Light colored imprints on dark colored items require a double imprint for proper coverage to achieve a resemblance of color request. In order to match ink colors (other than white clips) Cool ID Line production may need to print in white ink rst then the PMS color to most achieve the customer’s desired color. This will incur an extra charge per piece of $0.25(G). Should a customer choose not to have the white imprintrst, then all items must go through a double stamp printing process and will incur an extra charge of $0.20(G) per piece. This process cannot guarantee an exact match. SAMPLE POLICY - Sample request totaling $5.00 or more will be invoiced at sample cost, plus freight charges. All sample prices are at minimum quantity net price. Cool ID Line requires Distributors to provide a shipper number for samples sent under $5.00 and samples cannot be returned for credit. PRODUCT VARIATIONS / PRICING - Due to measures beyond our control, some color variations among products and between orders may exist. Prices in this catalog are in effect for the year 2010 and may change without any notice. ART REQUIREMENTS - For best imprint quality, artwork needs to be clean with crisp lines (VectoAr rt) and Typeset. Please do not use Gradients, Half Tones, Shadows, Screens, Reverse Type, or Fine Lines. Distributor will be responsible for any logos that are submitted and misprinted with any of the above mentioned styles within the logo without any warning from our Art-Dept. Multi-color imprints require color-separated artwork, plus a composite. No photocopies, faxes, business cards, or product samples will be accepted as artwork. Electronic artwork must be in a vector format for best print results and saved as either an Adobe Illustrator le, any version is acceptable, or in an .EPS format. Convert all text to outlines and send graphic les via e-mail to artwork@kooline.com. Please include your company name, phone number, and item(s) to be imprinted. MUST PUT PO# in Subject Line when sending artwork. Minimum resolution for bitmaps is 600 DPI at original imprint size; maximumle size is 4 MB. A faxed copy of the artwork is required for proong purposes. A rtwork that is submitted will be sized to the imprint size of the item by our art department per our discretion and limitations to the Pad Printing & Silk Screening Capabilities. Artwork that has to be “edited” by our art department will incur a charge of $100.00 (G) per hour in order to ensure quality of the artwork prior to printing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cool ID Line is not responsible for production delays caused by delays in receiving approved and correct artwork.
